I work at the intersection of law, infrastructure, technology, and capital.
My focus is digital infrastructure and regulated technology — including data centers, cloud infrastructure, telecom, contracting, regulatory risk, and business-model change.
I help organizations understand where risk actually sits — and how to structure around it.
My legal background is central to that work, but the value is broader: connecting legal, commercial, operational, regulatory, and strategic realities.

Technology and infrastructure markets often move faster than the legal, commercial, and operating structures built around them.
That has been a recurring theme in my work — from cable and telecom convergence, to global telecom restructuring, to the fiber and internet infrastructure buildout, to cloud transformation, digital contracting, and today’s AI-driven data center expansion.
The value is in connecting legal terms, commercial incentives, operating realities, and long-term strategy before structural problems become business problems.
The objective is to see the whole system: the legal terms, commercial incentives, operating dependencies, regulatory constraints, capital commitments, counterparty behavior, and long-term strategic consequences.
The Core Question: Is the structure fit for the market it is meant to serve?
When technology, capital, regulation, and operating models move at different speeds, value depends on more than good contracts. It depends on whether the structure can absorb change, allocate risk, and support the business model over time.

My work has consistently focused on moments when technology, regulation, infrastructure, and business models are out of alignment. That includes:
The common thread is the ability to connect legal structure, commercial incentives, operational dependencies, regulatory change, and strategic direction.
