I really enjoy helping companies grow their value. Although a lawyer by training, I have always been a businessperson first and foremost. I’ve helped businesses—from start-ups to global firms—manage their risks, increase efficiency, and create value. 

Over the years, I’ve been involved in dozens of M&A deals, on both the buy and sell sides, so I’ve seen firsthand what drives multiples up and down. At this stage, my strong desire is to use my experience to help entrepreneurs maximize the value of their businesses.

On a more personal note, my journey has been a winding road—like a vine. I’ve been a nomad all my life, having lived in fifteen states across the US and spent time traveling to dozens of countries. I’ve also been lucky enough to have been with the love of my life for several decades. Doris is from Puerto Rico, and we met in New York City where our twins, Edgar and Sofia, were born.

I enjoy a good bottle of wine and cooking. I like to swim, run, and do yoga to balance work. Movies are a passion of mine as well.
